A simple, yet hearty way to start your day. Jam-packed with vegetables with your choice of sausage or bacon....or leave it out completely and add mushrooms or other veggies! Top with a sweet or savory sauce to finish and dig right in.

Items you might need to make this delicious meal
• Skillet (my favorite)
• Whisk
• Cheese Grater
• Spatula
• Serving Bowls
• Cutting Board
• Kettle or pot to boil water
PREPARATION
Prep Time: 10 Mins
➊ Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and seasoning together in a mixing bowl.
➋ Take out butter to soften, if refrigerated.
➌ Chop or slice peppers, onions, and other veggies on a cutting board.
➍ Prepare hot water for Hungry Jack potatoes (if using). Once water is ready, follow box instructions and let sit for about 7 minutes.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Cook Time: 20 Mins
➊ Add softened butter to the skillet. Once melted down, add your hash browns and spread flat along the pan. This will help to evenly brown the potatoes before flipping and removing them from the pan.
➋ Sauté onions and peppers until caramelized. Remove from heat and set to the side
➌ Add sausage or bacon to the pan and steam with a little bit of water. Let brown and remove from the heat after about 5 mins.
➍ Toss sausage and peppers together for a few seconds and remove all from the heat on the stove
➎ Lower heat on the stove and add whisked eggs to the pan. Cook to your preference (wet, soft scrambled, medium, or hard)
➏ Stir sausage and peppers in with the eggs before removing them from the stove.
➐ In a bowl, place hash browns, eggs, sausage, and peppers.
➑ Add cheese to the bowl if you would like! I've topped it with some Chick-fil-a sauce but you can omit the sauce or add any other sauce you'd like.
