PREPARATION AND COOKING
Total Time: 35 Mins
➊ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
➋ In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
➌ Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
➍ Coat the chicken breasts in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
➎ Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
➏ Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
➐ In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
➑ Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
➒ Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss it in the Alfredo sauce until well coated. Slice the cornflake-crusted chicken breasts into strips or serve them whole on top of the pasta.
